Rest in peace Jack!

Recent downtime….due to green energy!

The site has been down recently because I have moved the site (yet again) – this time to a laptop.  The laptop uses about 6 times less energy than the old desktop! About 15-25 watts vs well over 100 watts.

So enjoy the new “green” site! Some of the links are still broken and some of the images that were using the “File Gallery” plugin need to be re-done. – I will fix those asap.

Update on site status

The site has been up-and-down recently, and I am sorry about that.  I have moved to a new location under construction and there have been various issues (including my cable/internet line being cut!).

Those issues are resolved now and the connectivity will be more solid and I can update the site more often.

If you have any ideas of what you would like to see on this site please let me know.

Thank you!

HD-Zone back online!

HD-Zone has completed it’s move to the new location, but may be up and down over the next several days! Thanks for your patience!

Notice of Server move and site offline

The server that runs HD-Zone.com will be moved to a new location beginning this weekend.  The new location may not have full internet access until sometime late next week, so HD-Zone.com will be down for a little while.

Amiwest

Don’t forget…this year’s North American Amiga show is this coming weekend….Amiwest will be held Saturday and Sunday October 22-23, with the Friday night beer fest…err “Pre-Show” Friday October 21st.

Don’t miss your chance to see the new AmigaONE X1000 in action!  Head over to the SACC website for updates.  The Blog site has even more up-to-date information here.

I’m told that there will be a number of Amiga luminaries in attendance, including Steven Solie, Jens Schoenfeld, and the stalwart Bill “tekmage” Borsari from the UGN (User Group Network) handling show communications.  AmigaKit will be on-hand to sell you all the latest stuff, and free AROS disks are being given out at the show!  Other announced vendors include A-EON Technology (AmigaONE X1000), Individual Computers, PageStream, Efficient by Design, Viva Amiga, and Hyperion Entertainment.

Post a comment if you are planning to attend the show!
